Mission
The mission of the Seneca Valley School District, the unifying force in a richly diverse and dynamic community, is to provide each student a balanced and comprehensive education.
This will be accomplished through the cooperative effort of a skilled and committed staff utilizing a dynamic curriculum, updated facilities, current technology and all available resources.
Our School
Approximately 600 kindergarten through fourth grade students attend Evans City Elementary School. There are five to seven classrooms for each grade level, as well as, various special education, art, music, physical education, library, technology, speech, hearing impaired, guidance, and instructional support facilities. Evans City Elementary is actually "a school within a school." In other words, we share our building with Evans City Middle School. This creates for wonderful learning opportunities, as we can share in many collaborative educational activities and projects with the middle school students and faculty.
