Dear Parents and Guardians,

The entire population of Rowan Elementary School (including students, teachers, paraprofessionals, secretaries, cafeteria workers, custodians, and administration) was challenged by our Principal, Mr. Giancola, and Assistant Principal, Mrs. Graham, to read for one million minutes between April 12 and May 3 (our visiting author's day). This amounts to approximately 24 hours of total reading per person during the 21 day challenge! 
After we reached our goal, Mr. Giancola and Mrs. Graham joined the students and teachers with MAMMOTH PROPORTIONS! (See pictures)
